Returns & Exchanges – NALU BRANDS

We want you to love your NALU gear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached for a full refund.

Exchanges: Need a different size? Email us and we'll swap it if we have it.

Damaged or Wrong Item: Email us within 14 days at nalubrands@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it free.

How to Start a Return:

1.  Email nalubrands@gmail.com with your order #

2.  We'll send you return instructions / label

3.  Once we receive it, refunds go back to your original payment in 3-5 business days
